Description
Set in Washington state, one of a handful of states that has seceded from the Union, The Third takes place in the year 2065. Under new governing laws that promote green living and reducing the population in an effort to save the planet, no one is allowed to have more than two children unless they purchase a credit from someone else. Lines are crossed, laws are broken, and violent attacks take place.
