The Zooms live in Zippity, where getting there — anywhere — first, is the ultimate prize. Whiz Zoom is the fastest of all and, like the rest of the Zooms, he never takes the time to enjoy all of life's pleasures. That is, until he meets a turtle, who teaches him that to really win is to slow down enough to appreciate all the wonderful things around him.
