What if it wasn't snakes St. Patrick drove from Ireland?
Peter works for The League of Maewyn, an organization devoted to charity. Or so he thinks until he discovers they're holding an elf captive. When does as conscience bids, and frees the elf, the League chases him...right into the arms of the elven prince. But he's not ready to believe in a world where magic exists and his employer is the major villain. And he's certainly not ready for love.

Veleur is very real, however, and he has plans of his own. One, convince Peter to accept his destiny to become a magic-worker...and Veleur's lover. Two, bring magic back to Ireland, by ending the spell first wrought by St. Patrick.
Between Peter's resistance and the League's interference, it's going to take more than elven magic to forge the bonds of love. It's going to take patience, understanding and a healthy dose of natural attraction.
