I Think My Mom's a Superhero

Madison is a young girl who is pushed around by a bully at school. Just when she feels she has no one behind her, she hears her mother's voice in her head, urging her to stand up for herself, and she does. Back home, strange things begin to happen. Her mother seems to have X-ray vision, extra arms, a stretchy neck, and super speed. Is Madison imagining it, or is her mom secretly a superhero? This is the first book in a series that celebrates mothers and the many ways they care for their families. It is written to be read aloud, with bright pictures and plenty of silly moments.
