10-80

D'asia is raising her younger brother in one of Harlem's roughest housing projects, known to locals as The Trap. She is working hard to build a better future for the two of them. When Officer Ryan McFadden, a Harlem police officer, first notices her during an investigation, he cannot shake her from his thoughts. Then her brother is arrested, and the officer behind the arrest turns out to be far more than D'asia expected. Yet the neighborhood has an unwritten rule against crossing that line, and both of them know that getting close could cost them dearly. This is a contemporary romance in which two people from opposite sides of the law find themselves drawn together.
