Then, the mysterious summons to Greystone Hall from the Dowager Countess of Knightsbridge begins arriving on the doorsteps of eligible girls.The summons begins, "My son is in want of a wife" and word around town is that Greystone will propose to one of the guests during the ball on the final evening. Georgina travels to the great estate unsure of her feelings for Greystone, or his for her, and unaware of a scheme afoot that could ruin her.
