Telling Lies Online

Jamie Richards is a scientist who trusts logic over feelings, though matters of the heart have left her reeling. After a string of painful romances, she has vowed to approach her next relationship with care. A glitch on a dating platform pairs her with Claire, a dreamy woman living on the far side of the country. Claire is straight, and she believes Jamie is a man. Jamie is charmed all the same. Claire longs for a family of her own and believes in signs, yet she carries a secret that makes her wary of love. When she travels east to meet her online crush, she finds Jamie instead, a coworker of the man she expected, who keeps her company in his absence. Feelings bloom quickly. Jamie, though, must keep up a growing web of invented stories to protect the deception, and each new fib threatens to unravel everything.
