Devil Dog

An electromagnetic pulse knocks out the power grid, and Chicago quickly becomes a place where fear and greed bring out the worst in people. Dick, known to others as Devil Dog, is a former Marine who lives homeless in the old tunnels beneath the city. Having survived hard times, he understands how to get by without electricity better than most. He never wanted to be a hero, but when gangs take control of the streets above him, he finds himself stepping in to protect women and children caught in their path. Life underground has taught him to be careful, yet he cannot ignore the people who need someone to stand between them and the violence on the surface.
