Sanford Hospital

Shane Ryan, a ghost hunter and retired Marine, is admitted to Sanford Hospital for treatment of severe burns. Because of Veterans Administration rules, he is separated from his own doctors and placed under the care of a hospital run by a frightening head nurse, Ruth Williamson. She died long ago and has returned as something new. She commands a group of undead helpers devoted to death itself, and her warped idea of mercy means that dying patients and anyone who gets in her way are at risk. Shane is in her way. With new allies and a few ghostly companions, he decides to stop her campaign of killing and to destroy her for good.
