Killer Cannoli

Claire DeNardo, a private investigator, drops in on her aunt Lena's café and notices a budding romance between Lena and a newcomer who has become a regular. Claire suspects the man is not who he claims to be, and her suspicions seem justified when he is found dead inside the café. Detective Brian Corrigan warns her to stay out of the matter, but Claire starts digging into the victim's past anyway. As she does, she begins to suspect that her aunt holds something the killer badly wants, and it may be far more valuable than any family recipe.
